The current Rules of the People's Party of Spain were adopted by the XVI National Convention in Madrid June 20-22, 2008.
The People's Party of Spain in the United States is subject to Spanish legislation on political parties, and governs itself through the Rules of the People's Party of Spain, and the Bylaws of the People's Party of Spain in the United States.
The Rules and Bylaws are adopted by the party Conventions. All members of the party must know them and abide by them.
