Message from the President of the PPE-USA

I am pleased to welcome you to the official Internet site of the Partido Popular (also known as People's Party or Popular Party) of Spain in the United States; I encourage you to visit us often. One of the main pledges that the Executive Committee I preside took when it was elected at our First Convention is to bring the Partido Popular closer to the Spaniards who reside in the United States.

The Spanish socialist administration is overwhelmed by the scope of the economic crisis. Its paralysis and ineptitude has resulted in the highest unemployment rate in Europe. The Partido Popular offers a constructive alternative, based on responsible public spending, structural reforms of the Spanish economy, assistance to unemployed workers, and aid to small businesses, the real engine of job creation.

The vote of Spaniards overseas is very important. If you are interested in receiving additional information or working with us, I encourage you to contact the territorial delegation closest to your place of residence. It will be our privilege to work with you.
